Crystallization is a feature, not a flaw. If you prefer a smoother texture,

Is your honey raw?
Yes—our honey is unheated. We only warm a jar gently if needed for
bottling, keeping temperatures low to preserve aroma.
Why did my jar crystallize?
Natural honey crystallizes over time. Texture depends on the floral
source. To soften, place the jar in lukewarm water and stir.
Do you ship outside Latvia?
Yes—EU delivery is available. Pickup in Riga is also possible by
appointment.
Is honey safe for children?
Honey is not recommended for infants under 12 months. For older
children, enjoy in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
